Weston is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Weston is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I’ve absolutely loved taking Cianara’s Thursday 8:00 PM classes at Plantation Midtown! She always challenges me in the best way and continues to push me towards my fitness and body goals. She knows exactly how to encourage you to step outside your comfort zone while making the class enjoyable. Beyond being an amazing instructor, Cianara has such a friendly, bubbly personality that makes everyone feel welcome. Her positive energy is contagious, and her classes have truly become one of the highlights of my week. It’s the perfect way to head into the weekend feeling stronger, accomplished, and in a great mindset. If you get the chance to take one of her classes, I highly recommend it!

I’ve been going to midtown for around three years or so, and the combination of overselling memberships and cutting down on costs has come at the expense of others. I understand gyms can get busy, but half the times you go there’s genuinely no parking and not a single machine available. There’s been times where I’ve walked in and seeing how no machine was open I just went home. They shut down half their facility for months to build “the field” upstairs, which is just a green turf area that takes up half of the upstairs area and no doubt worsened the overpopulation conflict Midtown has by cutting down on machines that are in high demand like benches or other cardio machines and using that space for a big patch of fake grass that nobody asked for. Additionally, they’ve been noticeably cutting costs on classes. I’ve been going to their spin classes for over two years, and I have nothing bad to say about the instructors; they’re wonderful. However, they’ve cut down on many different classes and limited the amount of classes offered per day, presumably to cut costs. This means that there’s less variety for clients, and the few classes they do keep open are severely overpopulated and yo
